Privacy policy
Last updated with the in-app policy text.
1. Introduction
Our mission is to provide a simplified, accessible mobile experience for seniors. We believe that your privacy is a fundamental part of that simplicity. This policy explains how we handle information when you use our launcher.
2. Information We DO NOT Collect
To ensure a premium and secure experience, our launcher is built with a Privacy-First architecture:
- No Personal Identity Tracking: We do not collect your name, phone number, email address, or contacts.
- No App Usage Tracking: We do not monitor which apps you open or how long you spend in them.
- No Location Tracking: We do not track or store your GPS location.
3. Information We Process
To function as a launcher, the app must process certain data locally on your device:
- Installed Apps: The app scans your device to display your apps in our simplified interface. This data stays on your device and is never uploaded to our servers.
- Search Queries: If you use the integrated search bar, your query is sent to third-party search providers to deliver results. Those providers handle your query under their own privacy policies. We do not link these queries to your identity.
4. Third-Party Services
Our launcher may contain shortcuts or buttons that open other apps or websites run by independent companies.
- Affiliate Links: When you click these buttons, you are directed to the respective third-party app or website. These services have their own privacy policies. We may receive a commission if you make a purchase, but we do not receive your personal shopping data or payment information.
- Search providers: When you use search, those providers may collect standard web-logging information (such as IP addresses) to deliver results and reduce abuse, similar to other web searches.
5. Security
Your launcher preferences and home-screen layout stay on your device—we do not sync them to our servers or a cloud database. The app follows Android’s normal protections for local app data. Information you send only leaves your device when you use features that explicitly reach out (such as search or opening a third-party link), as described above.
6. Children’s Privacy
Our services are not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. We will notify you of any significant changes by posting the new policy within the app settings.
